Client 10x’d Monthly Revenue in 2 Weeks

After Raiaan's friend scales from $0-$20,000/mo with Catalyst, he reaches out to get the same support. Within months Raiaan goes from $5,000-$67,000/mo

Backstory

Safwan is a 25 year old founder from Ontario, Canada who started Bergfit, a meal prep company out of his college dorm. Despite having a product customers loved, the business remained barely profitable for nearly five years. After investing in multiple mentorships that failed to deliver results, Safwan was left with little trust in the industry and no clear roadmap to scale his brand.

After Vyrl Haus helped a mutual friend of Safwan 10x their monthly revenue, he recommended that Safwan connect with Marco. After a quick call, Marco saw the potential in Safwan’s brand and agreed to work with him.

When Marco first started diving deep into Safwan’s business, it was immediately clear that the biggest issue was in his offer structure. After spending years perfecting his product, Safwan had overlooked the psychology behind crafting a clear, desirable offer that actually converts

As VYRL Haus got involved, we quickly understood the root of Safwan’s problems:

  • A weak, unclear offer that didn’t communicate value or urgency
  • No clear marketing strategy in place to consistently promote the product

Once Vyrl Haus noted down their problems, we put a plan in place to fix it

Offer Adjustment

Marco sat down with Safwan in his office for 45 minutes to completely rework his offer and develop a high perceived value angle that made the product feel new, convenient, and hard to ignore.

Marketing Strategy

The next problem we had to fix was Safwan’s content strategy. Marco first took the time to walk Safwan through why his old approach wasn’t converting, then worked closely with him to build a new one from the ground up. This included providing proven frameworks, viral content structures, and ongoing creative direction.

Results

Soon after Vyrl Haus and Safwan implemented the new content strategy, customers became the least of his worries as his business soared to 25k followers
