Moon Poker is a mobile poker app offering users a fast-paced, competitive online poker experience.While the app had strong gameplay and solid retention potential, it lacked a scalable user acquisition system. With fewer than 20 daily signups and no real marketing infrastructure, Moon Poker was relying on organic discovery and inconsistent word-of-mouth, which made growth nearly impossible.

Within just 4 days, Moon Poker scaled from an average of 20 to nearly 200 daily users.
